Terms of Use

1. What Vibeland Is

Vibeland is a free platform for discovering, sharing, and publishing independently built tools and apps. We list and link to tools — we do not host or distribute the tools themselves.

2. Your Account

You need an account to submit tools. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings — this permanently removes your data and submissions.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of everything you submit. By publishing a tool listing on Vibeland, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the platform.

You represent that:

• You have the right to share the submitted content publicly
• The content does not violate third-party rights or applicable law
• Linked tools do not contain malware or illegal material

4. Prohibited Use

Do not use Vibeland to:

• Submit spam, fraudulent, or misleading listings
• Post illegal, hateful, or harassing content
• Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Liability

Vibeland is provided “as is.” We are not liable for external tools linked on the platform. Our liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence under German law (§§ 521, 276 BGB). This does not affect liability for injury to life, body, or health.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes we will notify registered users by email.

7. Governing Law

German law applies. EU consumers retain the protection of their home country's mandatory provisions.
